A cut-and-sew subcontractor with an active CAGE code
If you hold a federal contract and need the sewing done, this is what we do. We work as a subcontractor and teaming partner to prime contractors, government resellers, and integrators who win the award and need a qualified domestic shop to actually produce the goods. You keep the contract relationship. We cut, sew, inspect, package, and ship to your schedule.
We are registered and active in SAM under CAGE code 9Z7T9, NAICS 314910 (Textile Bag and Canvas Mills). Our sweet spot is sewn protective covers, cushions, curtains, bags, and shade: items with real patterns and real tolerances, in quantities from a handful of prototypes to full production runs, shipped to depot.
Recent federal past performance
57 sets of T-38 wing and stabilizer covers for the United States Air Force at Laughlin AFB, delivered and accepted (contract FA3099-25-P-0025). Patterned, cut, sewn, inspected, and shipped from our Delray Beach plant. We handled the fit revisions directly with the contracting office and closed the delivery out clean.
What makes us straightforward to subcontract to
- Active registration. CAGE 9Z7T9, SAM active, and we quote from DIBBS and SAM.gov solicitations daily, so the paperwork side is routine for us rather than a first.
- Build to print. Send drawings, a spec, a tech data package, or a physical sample. We digitize the pattern, CNC cut it for repeatability, and hold the same dimensions across the whole run.
- Domestic manufacturing. Everything is made in the United States in our own Florida plant. Nothing is brokered offshore, which keeps Berry Amendment and domestic-content conversations simple.
- Volume capacity. Industrial machines, CNC cutting tables, and a bench crew built for production runs, not one-off retail work.
- 52 years in business. Founded in 1974. We are not a shop that appeared to chase a solicitation.
